The implementation of the Early Warning Intervention and Monitoring System (EWIMS) was a transformative process for the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) cohort schools, and the professional support we received was invaluable. From the initial planning stages to full integration, we were guided by David and his team, who provided clear strategies, data-driven insights, and responsive coaching tailored to our needs. Their support empowered us to identify at-risk students earlier, streamline interventions, and foster collaboration among educators. I worked with David in his role as a ‘multitasking master’. During that time, David developed and led numerous initiatives including designing the GetINCareers website; producing a youth newsletter ‘IN-demand career beat’; leading the planning and research for CWI initiatives; and writing proposals for funds to offset costs. David brought to the organization creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate the company’s work by bringing our data and vision to life.
